Windisc for Windows 3.1 (149K) (9 Mar 04)

This program is incompatible with the Windows 95/98/ME/2K/XP/Vista version, meaning that neither program can open files created by the other. Although it still runs, it is no longer being supported.

9 Mar: Provided a Text Out function for Graphs, so that 3.1 files can be transferred via the clipboard to the Windows XP version of Windisc.

19 Jun: The PiCTeX converter was not drawing dotted lines in the Graph window.

29 Aug: Fixed a bug that was crashing saved Graph files that had embedded text.

11 Jan: The apportionment program now incorporates the US Census data for 2000.

12 Feb: Fixed a tiny glitch that only appeared when you tried to compare apportionments for user-defined systems of states.

6 Dec: The Power window had somehow gotten disabled. It is ok now.
